Dorothy Ghettuba Pala is a media executive, storyteller, and entrepreneur passionate about amplifying African narratives on the global stage. Co-founder of Spiel works Media, she has spearheaded the creation and production of TV shows, films, and web series that have shaped Africa's entertainment landscape. As the Director of Content for Series and Film in Africa at Netflix, she led efforts to showcase the continent's rich storytelling traditions to the world.
A fierce advocate for diversity in entertainment, Dorothy champions opportunities for African creators, earning recognition such as Variety's Global Impactful Women and Leading Ladies Africa's Top 50 Leading African Corporate Women. Her work continues to inspire and elevate African voices globally.
